account_balance_walletVessels

A Vessel is any account that holds money -- bank accounts, wallets, credit cards, or loan accounts. Each transaction is assigned to a vessel so PULSE can track per-account balances in real time.

credit_cardLoans and Overdrafts

Create a vessel of type Loan or Overdraft to track liability accounts -- money you owe. Balances on these vessels are subtracted from your net worth automatically.

data_objectThe Currency Triad

Every transaction stores three values: amount in transaction currency · FX rate at the time · amount in your base currency. This preserves the exact exchange rate used so historical data is never distorted.

settings

Set base currency: PULSE → Settings → Base Currency. All reports aggregate to this currency.

edit_note

Logging a foreign expense: pick the currency (e.g. AED, USD), enter the amount, then enter the spot rate. PULSE computes the base-currency equivalent automatically.

history

Immutable rates: the system never retroactively updates past FX rates. Each signal is a snapshot in time.

storage

Local-first storage

All data is stored directly in your browser using SQLite WASM. Nothing leaves your device unless you explicitly sync.

lock

Encrypted sync

When syncing to Enclave, your data is end-to-end encrypted before leaving the browser. The server receives only ciphertext.

privacy_tip

Zero third-party sharing

No financial data is sent to analytics services, ad networks, or any third-party infrastructure.
